Let's get your confidence up about diabetes. We'll work together to set goals and crush them. What's Included? - 2 - 1 hour calls (virtual or telephone or if you are local to me, an in person get together) - Unlimited text/email interaction with me for 1 week for questions/support/advice - More to come! I will share my tips, tricks, and strategies for maintaining a good A1c (for you), while offering tools to make the rest more manageable. You are not alone, I am here for you. Let's work together!
